We met with Parker and he is very knowledgeable and so helpful. We found his suggestions very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very patient with all our revisions. He helped us make selections that have made our new home perfect for us. Josh was great to work with from start to finish, from coming out to check basement measurements, lining up the crane and crew to all of the finish details and final walk through. Rick and the exterior crew were efficient and friendly. Kent and Levi did a great job finishing the interior and the details. Jamie was always helpful answering questions and easy to work with. We love our Commodore home. It is very well constructed and we would recommend Commodore and highly recommend Shocker Homes—great people!!

Parker was our salesman and was quick to answer all of our questions, assisted us in choices when we needed guidance, and was very polite and professional through everything. Jamie assisted us with contractors and etc. and was very helpful and took care of us through the entire process. Jesse in the service dept. has been incredible, any questions we have had post purchase she has answered in a very timely manner and is always very polite. Any service requests we have been made have been responded to quickly and every service member who has come to the house has been extremely polite and professional. We love the house we purchased and truthfully could not have been happier with the entire process!

We purchased a Commodore Home from Shocker Homes in January of 2023. They worked with us as we were moving from out of state and had to get our land prepared. We had everything done by July. This was our first new modular home. We found the minor issues that came up after we moved to be similar to the experiences we had with new stick built homes. Each time something has arisen, Jamie and Jesse have worked hard to deal with the issue, and we have appreciated their assistance. We now have our retirement home built next to a private lake and are enjoying it every day!
